masz - you have
ma - he /she /Sir, Madam has

Ile masz lat ? - How old are you? ( literally: how many years have you got?)
Ile ma Pan lat? - How old are you Sir ? ( how many years have you got Sir? )
Ile ma Pani lat ?- How old are you Madam ? ( how many years have you got Madam? )

Answer: Mam..................lat
