10. Narodowość - nationality

We know how to:
 say the country you come from:   Jestem z Polski. - I'm from Poland.
say the language you speak:          Mówię po polsku. - I speak Polish.

Now let's learn how to say your nationality:   Jestem Polakiem / Polką - I'm Polish, (a Polishman ) /  (a Polishwoman)

narodowość - nationality
flaga - a flag
kraj - a country
mężczyzna -  a man
kobieta - a woman

Let's take a look at the table. 
As you can see when you put the basic word  into a sentence after 'Jestem..." it changes its ending.
                                        Poland                     a Polishman                a Polishwoman
                                       I'm from Poland.     I'm Polish (man)       I'm Polish (woman )
